The Bayside Condo has a living, dining and kitchen area (right) that is open to the view of the bay. Awnings can be raised or lowered to control the light. Since the area is open it is not air conditioned, but it has ceiling fans and there is usually a nice ocean breeze.

The kitchen is large and fully equipped with gourmet-cooking applicances stored under the counter. There is a full bathroom behind the kitchen by the entrance.

The bayside bedroom (left) can be closed off from the living/dining area or opened up to the ocean view. When closed off it can be air-conditioned.

In the befroom suite there is a half bathroom plus a desk and workspace which is ideal for a laptop and taking advantage of the high-speed wireless Internet access.
