The newly aquired Penthouse is up one flight of stairs from the Bayside and Townside condos. It opens onto a spacious rooftop terrace with room for sunbathing, barbeques and large gatherings.

The condo has a large living and dining area that opens onto the rooftop terrace through several large glass doors. This area has a large couch, love seat, coffee table and a dining table with six chairs.

There is a bedroom with a kingsize bed that can be closed off from the rest of the condo. The condo has an kitchen with bar and barstools.

The condo is equipped with airconditioning although with the french doors open there is usually a nice ocean breeze. There is a small bathroom off of the living area.
