The newly acquired Penthouse is up one flight of stairs from the Bayside and Townside condos. It opens onto a spacious rooftop terrace with plenty of room for sunbathing, barbecues and large gatherings.

The condo has a large living/dining area that opens onto the rooftop terrace through several large french doors. This area has a rattan couch and chair, dining table, area art and decor.

There is a bedroom with a kingsize bed that can be closed off from the rest of the condo. The condo has an efficiency kitchen with bar and bar stools. The kitchen is small but fully equipped for basic meals.

The condo is equipped with air conditioning, although with the french doors open there is usually a nice ocean breeze. There is a bathroom off of the living area.
